1 – 4 PM Taught by Mel Mercille Explore the art of needlepoint in this new workshop with artist Mel Mercille of Mabel Handmade. Students will learn Bargello needlepoint which is a versatile, beginner-friendly technique featuring vertical, straight stitches arranged in geometric patterns, often using vibrant colors. Originating in Florence, Italy, it is also known as Florentine work or Flame Stitch and is popular for creating durable, textured designs on canvas. All supplies are provided.
