Inspired by the gritty downtown punk rock scene of the 70s and 80s NYC the brand was founded in by designer Abbi Stern in the heart of Gowanus, Brooklyn. By channeling her pastoral upbringing in Vermont through a rock n’ roll lens the designer works primarily with natural materials, many of which are discovered in the woods near her childhood home in Vermont. Using everything from bones to bark to tentacles and transforming these organic materials into metal, creating an authentic line of jewelry that, in true punk rock form, refuses to fall in line with fashion’s ever-changing trends.
