Known in Japan as mugicha, our spring barley is lightly roasted to bring out the grassy and sweet flavours. Naturally grown without the use of any pesticides or chemicals, our roas ted spring barley is harvested 1,200 - 1,500m above sea level from the Zangezur Mountains of Armenia. Only the outer husks have been removed (and the barley itself has not been pearled), which means higher nutritional content within each grain. Perfect for coffee lovers or those looking for something a little more savoury (without any bitterness). Delivery time 1 - 5 working days, after the day of despatch.
