COLLECTION & SPECIAL-ORDER AVAILABILITY Select designs are maintained within available inventory, while others are offered as special-order collections. For special-order selections, the complete process—from project evaluation and order confirmation through production and delivery—may require an estimated 12–18 weeks, depending on the collection, quantity, production schedule, and destination. Because these collections are produced and allocated according to individual project requirements, lead times are established at the time of order confirmation. We recommend allowing adequate time within the project schedule for production and delivery. NATIONWIDE DELIVERY We offer nationwide porcelain slab delivery throughout the United States, providing access to select collections and inventory regardless of project location. Every shipment is professionally coordinated and insured during transit. In the event of approved freight-related damage or loss, replacement material will be arranged subject to available replacement stock. Replacement availability is dependent upon current inventory and manufacturer supply. Shipping and delivery are quoted separately and are determined by project location, quantity, handling requirements, and delivery conditions.
