This amazing wine has a good body, good acidity and sturdy tannins. It is enveloping and elegant with long persistence in drinking, thanks to the smooth and harmonious tannins. The alcohol content is well balanced by a surprising freshness, an indication of its great aging capacity. PAIRINGS The classic combination is with succulent dishes such as game, fine grilled meats, stews and boiled meats.
