How to Brew Baroness Grey Blend Use freshly boiled water cooled slightly to around 95°C. Add one heaped teaspoon per cup and steep for 3 to 4 minutes. A 3-minute brew gives a lighter, more floral and citrus-led cup. A 4-minute infusion brings out more black tea body and a slightly fuller finish.
