I source Grenache from three Vine Vale vineyards for this wine. It’s usually based off of a vineyard planted in 1937. I try and pick Grenache early – not as a result of trying to n ecessarily make lower alcohol wines, but to preserve natural acidity, which in turn gives this wine its freshness. Show more
