BCS Gold Label Bourbon is a blend of 16 and 17-year-oldstraight bourbons. Barrels for this release were selectedfrom four different collections: cherry bomb barrels with arich mout hfeel, nutty oak-forward barrels, high proof andhigh complexity barrels, and barrels with pronounced milkchocolate notes. The last group underwent a secondarymaturation in toasted virgin American oak casks beforebeing added to this intricate and seductive blend.A classically fruity bourbon, as sixteen years of maturationhave produced an array of stewed and dried fruits ofkaleidoscopic complexity.
