For cleaning a gelding's sheath. Mild surfactants and lanolin, so it does not strip the natural balance. This non-toxic, non-irritant cleanser uses mild vegetable surfactants and p ure lanolin to gently soften and loosen smegma without stripping natural bacteria — take extra care inside the sheath, as smegma can be sharp and easily graze the thin membrane.
