This is our performance hybrid fish/shortboard. It is based off a pro model board with low rails and a classic shape, but it is slightly wider with some hidden volume to keep it more buoyant, and a quad setup for extra speed. The Hog is perfect as a change up board for a ripper, or a high performance board for someone needing just a bit more float and paddle speed, but doesn't want to step up all the way to a full fish. These are fast and loose...you'll be stoked. This board features FlexBar technology. The major component of this new innovative core is composite sandwich foam running from the centre to 50mm from centre This acts as the main base for the FlexBar, allowing the board to flex without losing any strength, as well as lowering the vibration (resonance), which is often identified as a negative in EPS cores. The result is a smoother feeling ride in all conditions, while retaining the added buoyancy of EPS. Please note this board does not come with fins.
