Limited class size, 6 people. Tempering & Bars Class Class: 2 1/2 hours. Tempering chocolate, learn what makes delicious looking chocolate and the feel and look of properly tempere d chocolate while making your own bars. When you show your finished bars, people will think that you bought them at a specialty shop. Classes will be held in our chocolate kitchen. Here, you either remake or eat your mistakes.
