Baseline Health Panel The Baseline Health Panel establishes whether the body is prepared for structured training, nutritional intervention, or performance-focused phases. This panel evaluates core health markers, organ function, cardiometabolic risk, and metabolic stability before stress is increased. Sex hormones are intentionally excluded. Hormonal data collected before training, nutrition, sleep, and recovery are stabilized is often misleading and does not support sound decision-making. This panel serves as a clearance gate, not an optimization tool. Who this is for New client and athlete onboarding Pre-growth or fat loss clearance Health-focused lifestyle clients Annual health check-ins Athletes returning from extended time off What this panel assesses Liver and kidney function Cardiovascular and lipid risk Glucose control and insulin sensitivity Systemic inflammation Iron status and oxygen transport Micronutrient sufficiency Baseline thyroid function Overall metabolic health Included Laboratory Markers Apolipoprotein B Bilirubin, Direct C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP) Complete Blood Count (CBC) with Differential Cortisol Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA-S) Iron Panel (Ferritin, Serum Iron, TIBC, UIBC) Fibrinogen Activity (Factor I) Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase (GGT) Hemoglobin A1c with Estimated Average Glucose (eAG) Homocysteine Insulin Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) Lipid Panel (Total Cholesterol, LDL, HDL, Triglycerides, VLDL, TC/HDL Ratio, LDL/HDL Ratio, CHD Risk) Lipoprotein(a) Magnesium Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP – 14) Phosphorus Comprehensive Thyroid Profile (TSH, T4, T3, Free Thyroxine Index, T3 Uptake) Uric Acid Complete Urinalysis with Microscopic Examination Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy How this panel is used Results determine whether progression into hormone optimization or higher-stress phases is appropriate. If markers are compromised, health and recovery take priority before escalation. This panel establishes readiness. Optimization comes later.
