The defect is not due to submergence of a part in water, indoor flooding or fire damage. The part is owned by the original retail purchaser, and proof of purchase is demonstrated. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to: transportation; storage; improper use; failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; modifications; unauthorized repair; normal wear and tear; or external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond BASI Systems reasonable control. If any box/ product damage or missing box/part is noticed at the time of delivery, it must be documented on the Proof Of Delivery document, otherwise Basi Systems will not accept any liability. The returned product / products need to be properly re-packed in original packaging and sent in new-like condition with a copy of the original invoice included. All returns must be agreed to and authorized by Bodynetworx. All authorized returns must include a return authorization (RA) number. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RA number.
