Led by Emma Martin or Judy Dain Real, fresh bread straight from the oven – the way to impress your friends and your family and to know exactly what is in your daily bread. No additives, preservatives or flavour enhancers - just a few simple ingredients and some know-how. We guarantee that if you have produced "bricks" in the past, following this session you will produce bread to be proud of. "Absolutely fantastic session baking bread." Emma Guilfoyle What will I learn to cook? a white bread dough from which you will make: 2 mini loaves, a foccacia-style loaf; a pizza nutritious wholegrain spelt dough from which you will make some dinner rolls quick and easy soda bread. What happens at the session? The class is a busy hands-on experience. All ingredients, equipment and aprons will be supplied PLUS we will do the washing up! The small group size enables you to get plenty of attention, whether you want to be helped or stretched. You will be working in a friendly and sociable environment. You will have a pizza to take home for lunch, as well as all the rest of your 'goodies'. This class can be made suitable for vegetarians, vegans. Let us know at the checkout when you book.
