Saturday, Sept 26 (11-4pm) & Sunday, Sept. 27 (1-4pm)Taught by Jessica RameyAges 14+Class FAQs Slow down, look closely, and discover the joy of sketching what catches your eye. Whether you're new to sketching or looking to build confidence drawing on location, this weekend retreat is about seeing the world differently. Through demonstrations, guided exercises, and plenty of time to sketch, we'll practice noticing line, shape, texture, value, and the small details that often go unseen. We'll spend time both indoors and outdoors, exploring our surroundings through a series of playful "I Spy" sketching prompts designed to sharpen observation rather than chase perfection. Along the way, you'll gain confidence sketching in public, develop your own visual language, and enjoy the encouragement of a supportive creative community. We'll gather throughout the weekend to share discoveries, celebrate progress, and fill our sketchbooks with everyday moments worth remembering. No previous sketching experience is required.
