Customer Requirements To proceed with installation, the following must be completed and provided prior to scheduling: A valid TNG (The Next Generation of Genealogy Sitebuilding) license purchased and ready for installation Active web hosting with support for PHP and MySQL databases Registered domain name pointed to the hosting account FTP or hosting control panel access credentials Database access credentials (database name, username, and password) Clients are responsible for ensuring their hosting environment meets TNG system requirements prior to purchase.
