Our Basics Boxes are the perfect way to stock up on all the essentials you'll need for the week's meals. They are designed to be the perfect, affordable option for those of you tha t want to use top quality, fresh produce in your home-cooked meals. They will contain approximately 8 items each week; Potatoes (Small 700g, Large 1.25kg) Carrots (Small 500g, Large 800g) A large brassica (cabbage/cauliflower/broccoli) Onions (Small x2, Large x3) A salad option Two fruit options (Small x3/4, Large x5/6) Plus one extra item that will change from week to week to reflect what's in season.
