This 10 Year Old Bourbon features the same high-rye bourbon recipe of the signature Basil Hayden’s. This release is aged longer in the barrels yielding an entirely new layer of com plexity and depth of flavor. The 10 year edition of Basil Haydens is really nicely balanced between the sweet vanilla of its long time in oak and the spice of its high rye mash bill, the latter coming through with notes of banana and clove. A bit of smoky, charred wood comes through on the finish. Show more
