A redrawn version of 'Basuto Inline' using reference from a collection of 24 line sorts in my collection, my copy of the Stephenson & Blake woodtype catalogue and help from the Letterform Archive. Part of my 'Revival' series. 6 line (25.4mm) version cut from end grain English hardwood using a combination of modern CNC technology and traditional hand woodworking tools (including an original printers saw), made to English type-high (0.918in or 23.3mm) within plus or minus 0.1mm tolerance, with a traditional polished printing surface.
