Soak skin in warm water for at least five minutes before using your glove to soften & prepare your skin for exfoliation. Complete your normal shower routine beforehand. 2. Wet & wring out your glove, then apply pressure to your skin using back & forth motions (NOT circular) for best results. Never use body washes or products on your glove as this will degrade the integrity of the glove. 3. Exfoliate desired areas excluding your face. 4. Rinse exfoliated skin cells off your glove and body with warm water. 5. Hang up your glove to dry in a well ventilated area after each use to prevent bacteria growth. 6. Moisturise your skin after exfoliation with a nourishing lotion or oil.
