Each pouch is 12.5 ounces and we recommend using at least 1/4 cup of salts in the bath, feel free to use more for a stronger bath. This pouch should last 4 or more bath soaks. Allow the salts to dissolve and the herbs to steep in your bath water. You will notice that the Pink Himalayan Salt takes longer to dissolve, this allows your body to slowly absorb its benefits as you soak! We recommend soaking at least 15-20 mins. Once finished, drink a full glass of water, discard herbs and wash your sachet (let it air dry to avoid shrinking)! *Please note that due to the handmade nature of this bath salt, color shades may slightly vary.
