Three large Bath Tea bags are included in every package. Directions for use: Drop one tea bag into a bath of hot water and allow to steep for 5-15 minutes. Ingredients: *Lavender Bath Tea: Lavender flowers, Rose buds, Calendula petals, Epsom salt, and Lavender essential oil *Rosemary & Mint Bath Tea: Rosemary leaves, Peppermint leaves, Calendula petals, Epsom salt, Rosemary essential oil, and Peppermint essential oil *Citrus Bath Tea: Calendula petals, Lemon verbena petals, Epsom salt, Himalayan salt, Litsea cubeba essential oil, and Lemon essential oil *Oat & Honey Bath Tea: Chamomile petals, Oats, Honey, Epsom salt, and Vanilla infused oil Caution: This product has not been lab tested, just tested on family and friends.
