What Makes It Special: Aged nearly 6 years in ex-red-wine barrels (barreled Jan 2019, bottled Nov 2025) Its deep hue comes entirely from the barrel zero additives or coloring 100% grape-based Taste Profile: Fruit-forward with dried cherry / fig / raisin up front, giving way to toasted oak, baking spice, a butterscotch finish. The extended barrel time trades youthful heat for depth this pours closer to a sipping brandy than a mixer, though it anchors a serious Old Fashioned.
