Represent either the Japanese or Americans by using six war-tested aircraft and the Japanese Kyushu J7W Shinden (translation: Magnificent Lightning), included as a bonus plane. This experimental interceptor emphases climb rate, speed, and firepower, but never reached production. The American aircraft include the Douglas SBD-3 Dauntless, Grumman F4F Wildcat, Douglas TBD-1 Devastator, Brewster F2A-3 Buffalo, Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress and a bonus plane, the Lockheed P-38 Lightning.
