A bold, juniper forward gin that carries the weight of Scotland's most fam ous turning point in every sip. The kind of drink you reach for when the occasion deserves it. Named for the Battle of Stirling Bridge in 1297, when William Wallace turned the tide of Scottish history. Distilled at the Old Smiddy at the foot of Stirling Castle. A gin that hits hard and holds its own, whether you take it neat, over ice, or as the backbone of something serious. Tasting Notes Nose: Big juniper, cracked black pepper, citrus zest Palate: Spice forward, warming, bold Finish: Long and peppery, clean juniper fade How to Serve With a splash of Fever Tree Naturally Light Tonic to open it up, or on the rocks neat. Add a few drops of water if you want the botanicals to breathe.
