Whilst I haven't tried battles with more than 2 players, I can say that at 2 players this plays very well. Game complexity is low for new players, and you can introduce more as players are familiarized with the game. Game length is not too long, and mech damage is done very well. Fantastic skirmish action! Be prepared to record on paper, as you'll need a way to track vitals/ammo etc. Decisions like should I retreat, advance and should I risk my valued missiles... Lets just say my last game ended in disaster as I wasted my missiles on impossible shots, whilst my opponent was a little more wise!
