The continuous transition between compression and decompression during movement promotes healing and improves the interaction of nerves and muscles. This is assisted by the visco-elastic friction pad with targeted massage nubs. When moving, the pad exerts a gentle alternating pressure massage in conjunction with the knitted fabric. This aims to improve local metabolism and stimulate the muscles. COMFORTABLE AND GENTLE ON THE SKIN The Train knit is characterized by it's medical compression and high breathability. It's anatomical shape adapts perfectly to the foot and follows every movement without slipping. The reduced pressure edges of the AchilloTrain® ankle brace are soft and elastic so that they do not constrict. The brace is extra short in the foot area to avoid pressure on the 5th metatarsal bone. The lightweight and slim design allow the brace to be worn comfortably under your stockings and in shoes. The recessed grips on the upper edge of the pad make it easier to put on and take off.
