Step-by-Step Instructions Sanitize: Thoroughly disinfect your derma roller by soaking it in 70% isopropyl alcohol for 5–10 minutes before every use. Cleanse: Wash your face with a gentle cleanser to remove makeup and oils. Roll: Gently roll back and forth 4–5 times in each direction (horizontal, vertical, and diagonal) on specific sections of the face. Lift the roller slightly between passes to avoid scratching. Pressure: Apply only as much pressure as you can comfortably tolerate; it should not be painful. Avoid eyelids and under eye area as well as active acne. Post-Care: Apply a hydrating serum, such as hyaluronic acid, to maximize product absorption, which is improved by the microchannels.
