Barrel-Aged Imperial Dark Ale with Sweet Potatoes, Maple Syrup, Vanilla, and Spices When autumn turns darker, so does the beer. Midnight Autumn Monster takes the rich, spiced chara cter of Midnight Autumn Maple and sends it deep into our barrel program, aging in bourbon barrels previously home to Monster Stout and Vanilla Villain. A touch of Monster Stout aged in Four Roses bourbon barrels joins the blend, bringing even greater depth to a decadent combination of sweet potatoes, maple syrup, vanilla, and warming spices. The result brings together two sides of The Bruery: the nostalgic flavors of fall and the unapologetic richness of our biggest barrel-aged beers.
