The BBCOR Barrel Finder 2 Pack is designed to help players, parents, coaches, and bat enthusiasts quickly compare the barrel profiles of different BBCOR bats and see exactly where each bat reaches the maximum regulation 2 5/8" barrel diameter. Not all BBCOR barrels are shaped the same. Some bats reach their full 2 5/8" diameter farther down the barrel, while others have a longer taper before reaching maximum size. That difference can matter. WHY BARREL SIZE MATTERS A bat that reaches its full barrel diameter earlier can provide a larger, longer hitting surface through the contact zone.
