Our team will review and reach out to you within 1-2 business days of submitting your lost package info. Beautiful Disaster offers you the option to protect any purchase via our Shipping Assurance Program, because once your order leaves our facility, Beautiful Disaster is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
