Mindfulness Story: He is shocked. He doesn’t know where he is. He stepped through a magical portal and his reality looks a little bit different. So much is going on. So vibrant. Is this a dream he thought?He looked at his watch. There were numbers so he knew it was real. He knew that in dreams you can’t see the time.He took a deep breath and remembered his mantra: Be here now 🧘🏼♂️.With that, he settled into the present moment. He realized it was his thoughts that were scary, not the new reality. Thoughts are the shadows of this beautiful world. They make what actually occurs in reality much worse. Remember to find the stillness by sinking below unwanted thoughts. Find an anchor with your breath or place your attention somewhere in your body.
