The Beans Diesel Bean Machine Micro Fuel Sump delivers the same proven performance and quality as the original Beans Diesel fuel sump in a more compact, budget-friendly design. Man ufactured from billet 6061 aluminum, the Micro Sump features a simple one-bolt, one-hole installation that eliminates the need to drop the fuel tank. Designed for use with aftermarket fuel systems such as FASS and AirDog, the Micro Sump improves fuel delivery, reduces pump strain, and helps eliminate common quarter-tank fuel starvation issues associated with traditional draw straw installations. The Micro Sump can also be used as a fuel return. Benefits Eliminates quarter-tank fuel starvation issues Allows use of nearly the entire fuel tank capacity Reduces fuel pump strain and operating noise No tank removal required for installation Compatible with high-flow lift pump systems Suitable for fuel supply or fuel return applications Features Made from billet 6061 aluminum Single-bolt, single-hole installation design Requires only a 1-1/2" hole in the tank One-piece machined billet construction Exclusive no-leak O-ring sealing design Stainless steel installation hardware included Integrated standpipe helps reduce sediment pickup Inner ring design eliminates the need to drop the fuel tank Compatible with metal or plastic fuel tanks Requires a minimum 3" flat mounting area Compatible with gasoline or diesel applications Installs in minutes Designed and manufactured in the USA Why Choose a Fuel Sump? Many aftermarket fuel systems use draw straws that pull fuel from the top of the tank. These systems can experience fuel starvation below a quarter tank, increased pump noise, and restricted fuel flow. The Bean Machine Micro Sump draws fuel directly from the bottom of the tank, improving fuel delivery while reducing pump strain and helping eliminate common low-fuel issues. Built for Real-World Use The original Beans Diesel one-hole fuel sump design has been proven in daily-driven trucks, towing applications, off-road environments, and severe-duty conditions. Its billet construction and leak-resistant design provide long-term durability even in demanding environments.
