Description: ACT’s Bearing Temperature Sensor provides a reliable and continuous temperature monitoring solution designed to detect early signs of bearing failure — minimizing downtime and preventing catastrophic equipment damage. Installation Instructions: 1 - Remove the grease zerk from the bearing and replace it with the sensor monitor.2 - Remove the temperature sensor probe from the sensor housing.3 - Screw the sensor housing into the bearing (use thread sealant if required).4 - Insert the sensor probe back into the housing until it contacts the bearing.5 - Use a socket to tighten the compression nut ¾ of a turn.
