Released in 1981, "Beatlemania: The Movie" is a filmed adaptation of the Broadway musical revue inspired by the music and career of The Beatles. Directed by Joseph Manduke, it features Mitch Weissman, David Leon, Tom Teeley and Ralph Castelli recreating the roles of Paul McCartney, John Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Starr through staged performances of the band's best-known songs. The film documents the enormously successful stage phenomenon that helped introduce Beatles music to a new generation during the late 1970s and early 1980s, while also preserving a distinctive chapter in tribute-show history. This original US one-sheet poster was issued for the film's theatrical release.
