This banded agate geode came from Canada and is opened up so you can see straight into it, concentric bands wrapping in toward a hollow center that took a very long time to form. I t is compact and sturdy, easy to set anywhere it will catch a bit of light, a windowsill, a desk, a bookshelf. Agate is a stone of stability and grounding.
