Gillow & Waring originally created this beauty in the Queen Anne style and it has been completely refinished with Jean Paul Gaultier's flock wallpaper. Flock means that the paper has a raised surface, in this instance, the black drawings velvet. Truly a statement piece that demands all-eyes-on-me. The hardware is original with a neon twist...providing the perfect amount of pop.Two cabinets on either end provide plenty of storage and the three drawers are deep and wide for even more room. The upper drawer has been lined with Ferm Living's black & white 'Herringbone' paper for a little bit of drama.The sideboard has been painted in Coal Black by Fusion Mineral paint, it's been protected with multiple coats of varnish for a durable, long-lasting satin finish and the hardware sprayed with neon yellow paint. The paper has also been lightly sprayed with a thin coat of varnish to help maintain the flocks fabulous texture.
