About this item: "Beaverdale is a neighborhood in the Des Moines area that I spent many of my childhood summers. It’s where I learned to sew, made friendship bracelets, and searched for clovers. When the chance came to finally purchase my first home, I knew I wanted to live in Beaverdale, and my dream came true on a Friday in September. I then began a new chapter in my adult life.
