By purchasing this deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • I understand that I cannot change my design once the deposit has been placed. • For multi-session tattoos, the deposit will be applied toward the final session. • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • A 24-hour cancellation notice is required or the deposit will be forfeited. • One reschedule is allowed per deposit. • No call / no show appointments will result in a forfeited deposit. • The deposit will be forfeited after 30 days if no attempt to reschedule has been made or confirmed.
