My approach to portraiture is collaborative process - I don't 'take' your picture we create an image together. Sitters are encouraged to bring a selection of clothing and we match this with a choice of handprinted backdrops. Lighting is for the most daylight and the process is gentle - shooting and editing together. Each session is bespoke. Most who come say they shy away from having their picture taken - and so do I hence crafting these sessions! Who are you now? Who are you becoming? Whether you're coming for the experience or need a new portrait to mark a new stage in your journey, press and PR photos need updating? These portrait sessions are a place to distill this in an image. Sessions are held three days each month at my studio The Flower Factory on Columbia Road in Londons east end.
