Beautifully carved and painted 19th Century Louis XVI style Headboard with padded upholstery on both sides. The frame is a solid and classic Louis XVI design with fluted columns an d tapered feet. The exquisite detailed hand carving is evident on all 3 sides. The floral patterned and textured upholstery compliments the soft green painted frame and is outlined with brass nailheads. As a headboard this will work with a Queen or Double bed. The bed frame side rail supports are included and functional. There is no original footboard.
