Therefore if you need an alternative size, please return the original item for a refund and reorder the size that you need. REFUNDS If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we can refund the price of the product provided that the goods are returned in their original packaging and condition (with all labels intact) within 14 days of purchase Any product issues should be brought to our attention via email within 14 days of purchase (together with images if possible) in order to be investigated. After this time, we are unable to process any concerns regarding description or manufacturing faults.
