If you've only ever purchased your beef one cut at a time, or if you were concerned about a lack of freezer space, we've got you covered. Our Fawcett Farm Meat Locker Storage allows you to pre-purchase a selected quantity of high quality frozen beef but you only need to add the products you want to enjoy right away to your order. Unlike our Fawcett Farm raised pork, the beef we sell is raised on nearby local farms and sourced by Fawcett Farms. It has been processed in a licensed abattoir and butchered to our specifications. If you are purchasing a half quantity or more, we will contact you with an additional form to customize any special requests. A whole quantity of beef is generally 560lbs of frozen beef, which will fill approximately 2 large chest freezers. For optimal quality and freshness, frozen beef should be used within 6 months of processing, although it can last longer with good handling practices. Our whole/half/quarter quantities are available on a pre-order system with generally 2 weeks to 4 months of wait time required so please plan ahead. Prices are listed as price per pound, net weight. Do not confuse this with the hanging weight! We do not sell our beef by the hanging weight as it is confusing for the customer and generally not fair to compare!
