After a year of working with expert chefs and food scientists, I’m proud to introduce a formula that’s rich, deeply flavorful, and truly clean. Unlike most bouillons on the market, we use mineral-rich sea salt, not ultra-processed salt, and we keep sodium in check without compromising flavor. With just 550mg of sodium per teaspoon, our Beef Bouillon has the lowest sodium content of any beef bouillon on the market—most conventional options range from 800–1100mg per serving and are loaded with synthetic additives.
