Needing to feed your whole family or looking for a better option for yourself? Our bulk beef packages are the most economical way to get the best quality meat and biggest bang for your buck. Your package may contain a mix of: roasts, steaks, stewing meat, stir fry meat, ground meat, ribs, bones and organs. We offer customization on orders of a quarter or larger. We would give you a mixed bulk package meaning you would get some cuts from both the front and hind quarter in the quarter, side and whole beef packages. Approximation of Cubic Feet of packages: Intro = 1 cubic foot Quarter = 3-4 cubic feet Side = 6-8 cubic feetWhole = 10-12 cubic feet **Please note that the prices listed for bulk beef packages are based on "hang weight" - there is some loss that happens due to trimming and aging. The weight of the beef you take home in your package will be about 35% less than the "hang weight" listed on your invoice.**The pricing includes the costs at the abattoir of cutting, wrapping and stamping with cut names on package. ** Our bulk beef packages are pre-ordered. When you place your order we will reserve it for you on our next available shipment and let you know when that is. It is usually ~4-8 weeks**
