Brown 1 lb ground sirloin or hamburger meat & set aside. Mix the contents of the package with 3 cups of water & bring to a boil. Cook approximately 10 - 15 minutes until pasta is done stirring frequently. When pasta is done add browned hamburger meat & 8oz. sour cream. Mix well.
