This mount is not compatible with integrated/compression headset caps (usually made by FSA and found on some Cannondale and Bianchi bicycles), threaded headsets, often known as ‘quill’ stems or integrated cable-routing/headset systems where the mount cannot seat fully inside the steerer tube (e.g. ACROS ICR).
