Inspired by the rebelliousness of Bonaparte, the toastiness of baguettes, the spicy Moulin Rouge and sophisticated fine wines. We have crafted this spirit using the finest Burgundy Brandy and Rivesaltes Vins doux naturel barrels. Been Apart is made on a 3-year-old new make, providing a rich taste and allowing us to age from a different starting point. This captivating spirit offers spicy, yet light oak-driven flavours. Smooth fragrances of baked apple, quince, cinnamon, and sweet spices. A charred orange zest note reminds me of botrytised dessert wines like Sauternes. The flavor is fruity and spicy, with an almost tannic texture that fills out the entire mouth. Burnt wood and spice dominates the aftertaste, which is long and soft.
