We introduce to you, "Beet Meat" the first plant based meat alternative of its kind in that it does not contain a bunch of harmful chemicals nor carcinogens...just wholesome plant based ingredients. How it comes: Your beet meat will come frozen in gallon containers (unless made same day) in which you can store some in fridge if going to consume immediately or store in freezer until ready to thaw (for one hour) and cook. Select "free form" to receive a hefty mound of "meat" to mold into whatever meat alternative you desire. If your desire is to make plant based burgers and receive your meat mound already sectioned off, select "patties" to receive the same meat mound but premolded into patties already ( provides 20-25 burger patties depending on patty size). To cook: Set oven for 350 degrees and place inside for 32 min, flipping half way though. Our first 50 orders will be receiving a complimentary vial of delicious bbq plant sauce we like to lightly dust our burger patties with before sliding in oven. To store: Store in freezer up to 6 months. Raw meat can be stored in fridge up to 24 hours if going to cook immediately. Once cooked, cooked meat can be stored in fridge up to 7-10 days and popped in oven for a few minutes to reheat. Ways to enjoy: Beet meat can be used as a replacement for a variety of meats from: meatballs, ground meat, taco meat, sausage. It can be added to your favorite pasta dish, loaded potatoes, or salads for a hearty "meaty" addition. Beet meat can even be enjoyed all on it's own as a healthy guilt free tasty snack.
