Beets are great and everything, but we wanted a pink tortilla (how iconic, I know!). However, we didn't want to use artificial dyes. We chose beets to give it that bright pink hue, and to our surprise, it turned out to be the best-tasting one of them all! Nanu cares for your health as much as we care about taste. Therefore, we will never use seed oils, preservatives, dyes, gums, fillers... you get the idea. P.S. It tastes amazing, a slightly sweet-earthy undertone, plus all the health benefits of beets.
